One-hour coaching session

Why there’s a cost
I wish I could do all of this for free. Between pastoring full time, my family and everything else, I can’t. What you pay for coaching is what lets me keep building this site and keep most of it free for pastors and church planters.
Options
- One 60-minute session$150 USD
- Three 60-minute sessions$400 USD total for all three sessions (one package price, not a recurring charge)
Sessions are offered by Parker Manuel individually. Cancellation and refund terms, how long a package can be used, and response times are not yet set.
How it works
- Send a request
- Parker reviews it
- If accepted, dates are confirmed
- Payment after acceptance
- Session confirmed
Sessions are typically scheduled 2–4 weeks out. I'll confirm availability after reviewing your request. Nothing is booked or charged until your request is accepted.
The three-session path
- Session 1: clarify the main challenge and choose a next step.
- Session 2: review what you tried and work through what's getting in the way.
- Session 3: refine the plan and identify what comes next.
Each session is 60 minutes. This is a suggested structure, not a promise of a specific outcome or unlimited support between sessions.
Come prepared
I want this hour to be useful for you and your church. Come with something real you're working through, and let's make the most of our time together.
Before we meet:
- Pick one main thing you want help with. What would make this conversation a win?
- Write down your top three questions, starting with the most important.
- Be ready to give me the short version of your church, your role, and what you've already tried.
- Have any relevant resources ready—a sermon outline, ministry plan, leadership pipeline, or a budget summary. Remove passwords, personal financial information, and confidential details about other people.
- Find a quiet place, check your camera and microphone, and have something ready to take notes.
You don't need to have it all figured out. Bring your questions, be honest about where you're stuck, and come ready to work toward a practical next step.
